Abstract Designs Ltd agrees to supply and the customer agrees to purchase goods under the following terms of trade.

1. Orders will be dispatched within seven to ten days on receipt of order depending on stock availability.

2. All prices quoted are exclusive of GST and Freight charges including rural delivery where applicable.

3. Payment in full is due by the 20th of the month following delivery of goods.

4. Orders will not be dispatched to customers with an overdue balance.

5. Returns or shortages must be notified within seven days.

6. Ownership of all goods remains with Abstract Designs Ltd and does not pass to the purchaser until the account is paid in full (including all collection costs if applicable).

7. Customers failing to honour the terms of trade may, without notice have their credit facility withdrawn and will incur interest and collection costs. 

8. Orders will be pro forma until an account is established. Account credit limit will apply.

9. Minimum order amount $200.

Privacy

The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.

Delivery Times

Please allow seven to ten days for orders to be dispatched on receipt of order.
